Logoplast Warehouse Addition
A future proofed expansion
The Logoplaste Warehouse Addition is a 125,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing Logoplaste manufacturing facility. Construction type consists of load-bearing, pre-cast wall panels along with a structural steel roof, nine loading dock areas, and an extension of the ESFR fire suppression system. Sitework encompassed the development of 10 acres, which included the expansion of the site retention ponds and service roads.
