Scott's construction experience has ranged from small renovations to the new construction of multi-million dollar facilities. His portfolio is a testament to his versatility and expertise in the field. Scott approaches each task with the same level of dedication and enthusiasm that enables projects to remain on schedule. His passion for construction is evident in every project he undertakes, making him a trusted leader in the industry.

Elio provides direction and leadership on all financial matters. As CFO, he develops best practices for 45Ninety’s' financial processes and systems. He plays a key role in the company's strategic planning initiatives. Drawing from his multitudinous years of experience, Elio identifies informational opportunities within the company and how it can capitalize on this through proactive measures. Based on his analyses, he projects how the company will thrive within the long-term financial picture. Elio works closely with the project managers on ways to enhance and maintain profitability.

Mark brings over 38 years of construction management experience to the table, having served in numerous roles within his previous firm and the broader community. Throughout his career, Mark has demonstrated a comprehensive approach to project oversight, managing every phase from preconstruction through construction and project closeout. His responsibilities extend beyond daily operations to include ensuring the financial health of each project.

As an Estimator, Greg demonstrates advanced understanding of estimating core processes and procedures. His extensive knowledge and experience in estimating practices and methods gives him the demonstrated ability to organize, perform and present cost estimates. His experience in estimating has included projects with budgets in excess of $25 million. Because of his interpersonal skills, Greg has built long-term, trusting relationships with subcontractors.

Caleb began his journey with 45Ninety as a superintendent in order to learn the company’s standards and procedures. He quickly progressed to the positions of project manager and estimator. His sharp attention to detail and his ability to manage complex projects resulted in notable enhancements in project delivery timelines and cost management.

Justin has a strong background in managing large projects with aggressive schedules. His excellent leadership, communication, and relationship building skills allow him to provide the highest level of service to clients, earning frequent commendations as a result. Justin's proven ability to complete projects without cutting corners or sacrificing safety considerations, aligns with 45Ninety’s high standard of quality.

Mark has a multitude of experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on design-build projects. His ability to build a team atmosphere with the staff, design team and subcontractors allows design issues to easily be resolved. As the primary liaison with the owners, architects and engineers, Mark keeps the line of communication open, resolving problems efficiently to everyone's satisfaction. Mark closely manages the billing process in order to complete the project within budget while keeping it on schedule.

As Field Operations Manager, Rand overseed the daily operations and safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring that projects are competed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
